Best All-Inclusive Resorts in San José del Cabo (2026): 7 Ranked

Le Blanc Spa Resort Los Cabos has the highest weighted guest score among the all-inclusive resorts of San José del Cabo, 9.6/10 across 425 reviews, which puts it #1 by our weighted score. It is adults-only, from $1,089 a night for two with meals and drinks. At a lower price, Marquis Los Cabos is adults-only and timeshare-free, from $646. For families, Dreams Los Cabos has children's facilities and 9.3 for food, from $360. On a budget, Royal Solaris is the cheapest all-inclusive here from $204 and the most reviewed at 1,125.

We ranked the seven by guest score weighted for review volume (the formula is at the end of this guide), using the same rules as our Cabo San Lucas all-inclusive guide, and priced every all-inclusive rate live for the same stay, two adults for three nights, on five check-in dates from October 2026 to February 2027. The ranking measures guest satisfaction only; price, beach and family facilities do not move a resort up or down, so we cover them separately. We priced every resort's cheapest all-inclusive rate against its cheapest room-only or breakfast rate on the same five dates. In San José del Cabo the answer is simpler than in Cabo San Lucas: at six of the seven, the plan costs almost nothing extra.

Why the plan is nearly free at six of the seven

These six are built around the all-inclusive format, and they price their room-only rates at or near the all-inclusive rate. At Le Blanc, Marquis, Royal Solaris and Secrets, the all-inclusive rate was the cheaper option on every date we could compare. At Grand Decameron, the plan added $18 to $27 a night for two, less than a single meal out. If you are choosing between these six, compare them as all-inclusive resorts and ignore the room rate.

The exception: JW Marriott

JW Marriott is a room-only resort that also sells an all-inclusive plan, and it prices the plan at $912 to $2,332 a night for two, two to three times its room-only rate. That only pays if two of you would spend over $600 a day on food and drink. Most people should book it room-only, as it appears in our San José del Cabo hotels guide.

What "all-inclusive packages" means here

Every price on this page is the resort's own all-inclusive rate: the room, meals and drinks for two adults. None includes flights. To compare a package from a tour operator, subtract the airfare you would otherwise pay and compare what is left against the live rates here.

The San José Hotel Zone

Royal Solaris and Grand Decameron are on the seafront hotel zone in San José del Cabo itself, a short taxi ride from the historic centre, its restaurants and the Thursday evening Art Walk. This is the place to stay if you want to eat out some nights even on an all-inclusive plan.

Puerto Los Cabos

Secrets and JW Marriott are at Puerto Los Cabos, the marina and golf development just east of town. Secrets scores 9.9 for location, level with Royal Solaris for the highest here.

The Corridor, Km 18 to 21

Le Blanc, Dreams and Marquis sit on the Tourist Corridor between Km 18 and Km 21.5, about 10 to 14 km from the centre of San José del Cabo. They are self-contained and quieter, with ocean-view pools and spas, and you will take a taxi for anything off the property.

Can you swim at the beach?

Plan on the pools. At Marquis, a guest wrote that you cannot swim on the beach. At Secrets, a guest said the riptide is too strong for swimming. Guests at Grand Decameron and Royal Solaris say the same, and a JW Marriott guest said the beach cannot be used. We found no guest comments about sea swimming at Le Blanc or Dreams either way. Le Blanc Spa Resort Los Cabos

Rated 9.6/10 across 425 guest reviews, Le Blanc is #1 by our weighted score and the only resort here scoring 9.8 for service, room quality and amenities at once. It is adults-only, at Km 18.4 of the Corridor, and guests describe a series of pools with swim-up bars and two large hot tubs. From $1,089 per night for two all-inclusive, rising to $1,350 in mid-November, and its all-inclusive rate was cheaper than its own room rate on all five dates. Criticism is rare and small: one guest found the restaurants running out of menu items, and another thought a dinner did not match its billing. We'd book this for an adults-only luxury stay where the resort is the whole trip.

Marquis Los Cabos

Rated 9.1/10 across 557 guest reviews, Marquis is adults-only and markets itself as a no-timeshare resort, at Km 21.5 of the Corridor. It scores 9.6 for cleanliness and location, 9.7 for amenities and 9.7 for value, and guests praise the ocean-view balconies and the infinity pools. From $646 per night for two all-inclusive. Food is the problem: it scores 6.5, the lowest category score on this page. Guests describe hour-long waits for pool and in-room dining, a limited buffet, weak drinks and charges for wine by the bottle, and one guest reported becoming seriously ill after eating at the resort. We'd book this for adults who value the setting and quiet over the food.

JW Marriott Los Cabos

Rated 9.0/10 across 238 guest reviews, JW Marriott at Puerto Los Cabos is on this list because it sells an all-inclusive plan, but it is the one resort here where we would not take it. The plan cost $912 to $2,332 per night for two, two to three times its room-only rate of $290 to $1,550. It has a kids' club and scores 9.5 for cleanliness, service and location; guests criticise front-desk service, damaged pool tiles and trees blocking paid ocean views. Secrets Puerto Los Cabos

Rated 8.9/10 across 365 guest reviews, Secrets is the adults-only resort closest to San José del Cabo, at La Playita in Puerto Los Cabos. It scores 9.9 for location and 9.6 for service, and guests praise the butler and concierge, the spa and the swim-out rooms. From $405 per night for two all-inclusive. Food scores 7.5 and value 7.8, and the recurring complaints are inconsistent restaurants, sales and timeshare pressure, few evening activities, and a beach where the riptide is too strong for swimming. We'd book this for adults who want to be near town.

Dreams Los Cabos

Rated 8.8/10 across 756 guest reviews, Dreams is the most-reviewed resort on the Corridor here and the family pick, with a playground, kids' meals and babysitting, at Km 18.5. Food and service both score 9.3, and guests like the pool staying open until dark. From $360 per night for two all-inclusive, and its all-inclusive and room rates were within $12 of each other on every date. Room quality is its weakest score at 8.3. Guests mention sales pressure, partial ocean views, maintenance and cleanliness lapses, and food some found too Americanised; one family reported a dispute over a "kids stay free" offer. We'd book this for families who want a Corridor resort.

Grand Decameron Los Cabos

Rated 8.6/10 across 491 guest reviews, Grand Decameron is a four-star all-inclusive on the San José seafront, from $274 per night for two, with a 9.3 for location and 9.1 for service. Room quality is its weakest score at 7.8 and food 7.9. Guests describe a small choice of restaurants, à la carte dinners that are hard to book, areas closed for maintenance during their stay, and a beach you cannot swim at. We'd book this for a mid-priced all-inclusive close to the town.

Royal Solaris Los Cabos

Rated 8.6/10 across 1,125 guest reviews, Royal Solaris is the cheapest all-inclusive here, from $204 per night for two, and the most reviewed. It scores 9.9 for service and for location and 9.5 for food, with guests naming individual waiters, and one guest enjoyed watching whales from the beach. The building is the weak point: rooms score 7.2 and cleanliness 7.4, and guests describe dated rooms, crowded pools that get dirty by afternoon, limited drinks, upselling, and a sea you cannot enter. We'd book this for the lowest all-inclusive price in San José del Cabo.

San José del Cabo is the stronger half of Los Cabos for adults-only all-inclusives: three of our top four are adults-only, where none of the top ten in Cabo San Lucas is.

Two more adults-only all-inclusives could not be ranked: Paradisus Los Cabos, whose listings either had no guest score or too few reviews (8.5 across 132), and Zoëtry Casa del Mar, which had no usable guest score in our system.

• Dreams Los Cabos: the family pick on the Corridor, with a playground, kids' meals, babysitting and 9.3 for food. From $360.
• Royal Solaris Los Cabos: the budget family choice in town, with a playground and kid-friendly buffet. From $204.
• Grand Decameron Los Cabos: outdoor play equipment and kids' meals, on the town seafront. From $274.

JW Marriott also has a kids' club, but its all-inclusive plan is priced at two to three times the room rate, so families are better off booking it room-only.

• Swim in the pools, not the sea: Guests at Marquis, Secrets, Grand Decameron, Royal Solaris and JW Marriott say the beach is not for swimming.
• Food is the category that separates them: Scores run from 9.5 at Royal Solaris and 9.4 at Le Blanc down to 6.5 at Marquis. Read it before the overall score.
• Expect sales pitches: Guests at Dreams, Secrets and Royal Solaris describe sales or timeshare pressure. Marquis sells itself as timeshare-free.
• Premium tiers can change the stay: One Dreams guest credited an upgraded Preferred Club suite for their five-star stay, one Secrets guest felt the Preferred tier made little difference, and one Royal Solaris guest felt Club Solaris guests got better service.

The seven resorts priced between $204 and $2,332 per night for two adults all-inclusive, on a three-night stay across five check-in dates from mid-October 2026 to mid-February 2027. All figures are the cheapest all-inclusive rate on offer, before the local taxes and fees the booking site adds at checkout.

Royal Solaris from $204, Grand Decameron from $274, Dreams from $360 and Secrets from $405. Four of the seven, covering the budget, family and adults-only choices.

Marquis from $646 and Le Blanc from $1,089. This is the adults-only luxury tier, and the two are the highest-scoring resorts on this page.

When to book

Mid-November was the most expensive of our five dates at five of the seven, and mid-December the cheapest at four. Our month-by-month guides, starting with Cabo in November and Cabo in December, cover the weather and whale season behind those prices.

Most lists of the best all-inclusive resorts in San José del Cabo mix in resorts on the far side of the Corridor near Cabo San Lucas, and never compare the plan against the room rate. This one uses verified guest reviews and live prices, and compares every resort's all-inclusive rate against its own room rate on the same dates.

We started from the properties our reservation system lists within 26 km of San José del Cabo, and removed anything within 12 km of Cabo San Lucas, which is covered by our Cabo San Lucas all-inclusive guide, and anything near the airport. We kept hotels and resorts with a guest score of at least 8.0 and at least 300 verified reviews, lowering that to 200 for five-star properties, and then kept those that sold an all-inclusive rate on at least four of our five dates. That left seven. Viceroy Los Cabos sold all-inclusive on only one date. Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos and Zoëtry Casa del Mar had no usable guest score in our system, and Paradisus Los Cabos had either no score or too few reviews, depending on the listing. Krystal Grand and GR Solaris Lighthouse scored below 8.0. Grand Velas Los Cabos (9.9 across 151 reviews), Villa La Valencia (8.6 across 141) and Las Ventanas al Paraíso (9.8 across 136) fell below the review floor.

How the ranking is calculated

The order is set by a formula, with no editorial adjustments. It uses two inputs only, guest score and review count; price, beach, family facilities and board type shape what we say about each resort, not where it ranks. Each resort gets a weighted score:

Weighted score = (reviews × guest score + 300 × 8.8) ÷ (reviews + 300)

Every resort starts as if it already had 300 reviews at a baseline score of 8.8, and its real reviews pull it away from that baseline. This is the same formula and baseline as our other Los Cabos hotel guides.

Pricing was checked across five check-in dates in September 2026 and reflects two adults for three nights all-inclusive, before the local taxes and fees added at checkout.
